We’re Hiring – Lead Generation Executives!Join Conversion Matrix 360 as part of our International Voice Process – Lead Generation Team. We are looking for confident, fluent English speakers who can engage with international clients through outbound calling. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome!
Job Details:Role: Lead Generation Executive (International Voice Process)
Work Type: Outbound calling to generate qualified leads (No sales)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience & communication skills)
Location: C127, Sector 63, Noida
⚠️ Note: Salary payout is performance-based—you must achieve the assigned targets to receive full salary.
- What We’re Looking For:Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Comfortable working in night shift
- Freshers with strong English are encouraged to apply
- Experience in international BPO/lead generation is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge required
