Management Trainee – Application Support

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Application Support We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as an Application Support Analyst. As a Fresher in this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our enterprise applications, ensuring their smooth operation, and resolving any issues that arise.


• Provide first-line support for users of our enterprise applications via phone, email, or ticketing system. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application software and ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with senior support analysts and developers to escalate complex issues as needed. • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the performance, security, and availability of applications. • Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for future reference. • Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills and understanding of our applications. • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL queries. • Familiarity with ITIL principles or IT Service Management concepts is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and skills. • Prior internship or coursework experience in application support is advantageous but not required.

Preferred qualifications • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus. • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell would be beneficial.
