Role: 50% Field Work + 50% Office Work
Responsibilities:
• Handle client visits, site showings & follow-ups
• Manage office leads, calls & documentation
• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve targets
• Maintain client records and explain project details professionally
Requirements:
• Real estate sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field + office role
• Own vehicle is a plus
