Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Manager to help us build up our business activities.

Executive Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and

maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to

potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable

growth.

Responsibilities:

 Should have a track record of developing long-term client relationships, closed numerous complex transactions,

and be driven by a success-based compensation structure.

 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

 Leadership qualities, encouraged to take on a leadership role, collaborate with team members to achieve better

results and within the organization and be given numerous resources to help facilitate a lucrative career.

 Must have knowledge In-depth understanding of the real estate business, polices, practices - ability and

experience in building and handling a large sales team.

 Monitor weekly and monthly progress, analyses gaps and suggest improvement areas. Conduct performance

discussions regularly.

 Conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring schemes to incentivize Channel Partner & Sales Personnel.

 Expand customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques. Provide information on the commercial,

Residential and Retail Property Market.

 Excellent expertise in per sales, direct sales, corporate sales, foreign sales and NRI clients, handling channel

partners and large broker network.


Requirements:

 MBA preferred Practice and Other Requirements.

 Must have experience as a Senior Sales executive /Sales Executive or similar role in Noida, Greater Noida, and

Delhi NCR (Residential / Commercial projects).

 Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.

 Ability to engage and collaborate with others commitment to provide the best customer service.

 Pro-active mind-set, with strong orientation to drive business results in an agile manner.

 Cost consciousness, in line with our culture of being economic value creators.

 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

 Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.


 Must have owning a wheeler is mandatory.

 Must have experience of 8–10-member team handling.
