Position OverviewThe Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving property sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. The role demands strong sales expertise, leadership skills, and an understanding of the Noida real estate market.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & ManagementLead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize project sales.
  • Track team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
  • Business Development & Client ManagementGenerate leads through networking, channel partners, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
  • Market Analysis & StrategyMonitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in Noida and NCR.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, promotional offers, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Reporting & CoordinationPrepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and CRM teams.
  • Ensure smooth booking, documentation, and customer satisfaction process.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in real estate sales (Noida market preferred).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate sales cycles, channel partner network, and site operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
