Job Description (JD) for Real Estate Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our team members across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, CRM, HR, Accounts, Admin, and Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate operations and terminology, excellent communication and presentation skills, and hands-on experience in soft skills, sales, and behavioral training.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct soft skill, sales, and technical training for all departments.

2. Develop engaging training modules, presentations, and evaluation materials.

3. Train on real estate sales processes, client communication, negotiation, and customer handling.

4. Improve team coordination, professionalism, and productivity.

5. Identify skill gaps and design customized training programs.

6. Conduct refresher and cross-departmental sessions regularly.

7. Evaluate trainee performance and share feedback with management.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong understanding of real estate operations and terminology.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. Hands-on experience in soft skills, sales, and behavioral training.

4. Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

5. Confident, engaging, and motivational personality.

Qualification:

1. Certification in Training, L&D

2. Real Estate experience is mandatory.
