Job Description
We are hiring Telecallers for our Collection and Recovery process. The role includes contacting customers to remind and recover pending EMIs, including personal loan repayments, and updating follow-up records accurately. Prior experience in collections or recovery will be an added advantage. Candidates should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling outbound calls. The CTC for this position is up to ₹25,000 + incentives.
