Job Title: Relationship Manager/Sales Manager - Life Insurance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Sales Manager to lead our life insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue

- Lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth

- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training to sales team members

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in life insurance sales

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets

- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of life insurance products

- Experience with sales performance management and coaching

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
