• Target Based Job of Media Sales

• Required sales manager having 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing

• Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.

• Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Advertisement Sales- Print Media/Outdoor Media/Radio Media/Digital Media

• Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership - Proven sales experience.

• A high energy job which requires an individual to spend 100% of the time in the field.

• Ability to work independently , to work effectively across functional lines , to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously , to make consequential decisions that brings projects , investigations , and other activities to closure.

• Perseverance. Makes all possible effort to understand the viewpoints of external and internal customers.

• Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer

• Should be able to deliver under pressure, in an open environment and a no walls office.
