Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for IT, engineering, and business roles in the U.S. job market.
- Support candidates with resume preparation, interview guidance, and career advice
- Maintain accurate candidate records, documents, and background checks.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure smooth onboarding and marketing for each candidate.
- Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales/revenue targets.
