Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies in the B2B domain. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach to sales, and a passion for digital marketing services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and generate new B2B sales opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
  • Conduct needs analysis and present tailored marketing solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale account handover.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing solutions.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or media services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
