Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head who has worked in the tobacco industry or handled paan corner/FMCG products.
The candidate should have strong market knowledge, dealer & distributor connections, and experience in retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage distributor and dealer network across India
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Plan sales schemes and promotions
- Manage field sales team and ensure growth in retail coverage
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tobacco or paan product sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ready to travel frequently
