Senior Principal Consultant ,Technical Delivery Manager

Inviting applications for the role of [Senior Principal Consultant], [Technical Delivery Manager]! In this role, the primary responsibility is to lead P&C Applications Development team from a technology perspective of up to 50+ people. This includes responsibilities around strategy, budgeting, growth requirements, technology architecture and design, project management, people management and strong presence in front of client. The person will also be required to hand off seamless delivery to oversee day-to-day operations Collaborating with other operations delivery managers from Genpact across services provided and mange escalations for the program. Will also manage ongoing relationship with stakeholder and other clients as may be assigned. This key role demands a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Computer Science/ Software Engineering. You are meticulous, thorough and possess excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of our stakeholders. A self-starter you are up-to-speed with the latest developments in the tech world. Responsibilities • Seasoned technology delivery manager responsible for end-to-end program management. • Oversee delivery aspects and work hand in hand with customer and internal representatives for the program. • Partnering with Customers and Internal stakeholders on effective CM (change management) • Participate in governance meetings for operational performance reviews. • Collaborate with Customer team to resolve any operational challenges. • Manage/handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues. • Drive quality initiatives, process change initiatives, Lean/Kaizen activities. • Participate in business leadership meetings, help develop and drive strategies and programs which improve the competitive position and profitability for the program. • Works to develop and sustain Client Relationship & Trust. • Work with Service delivery and enabling functions in Genpact to deliver as committed in contract to customer. • Provide research assistance for innovation with new technologies and potential process optimization. • Review and approve all recommended services, standards, policies, procedures, and requirements, as Customers deems appropriate. • Must be able to track and manage program expenses and P&L of the location and account(s)

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications • BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Experience in Development, Operations and Support delivery of P&C Insurance Policy Admin & other applications. • Hands on Experience to Manage Home grown Insurance Applications, COTS Products & SAS Products • Experience on other tech stacks (Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, JQuery) • Experience on MS-SQL/ MySQL/ Any NOSQL/ MongoDB • Execution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ Projects • Experience on JIRA/ Tempo tool • Iterative / Agile / DevOps practices & tools • Understanding of ITIL Framework (Incident/ Change/ Problem Management/ Request
