Job Description

Note- We prefer candidates from B2B Sales Profile. Having experience in Garments Sales is most likely to get selected.


Location: C-3, Sector 8, Noida, UP-201301 (landmark- Near Tata motors service centre)

Reporting to: Sales Manager


Job Summary:

Clan India Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., a leading sportswear garments manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales, build relationships with customers, and meet sales targets. This role involves a combination of field sales and office-based activities, requiring a proactive and customer-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

   - Identify potential customers through market research and networking.

   - Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

   - Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to connect with potential clients.


2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

   - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of sports wear garments.

   - Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each customer.

   - Utilise samples, catalogues, and digital tools to enhance presentations.


3. Customer Visits and Field Sales:

   - Schedule and conduct regular field visits to meet with existing and potential customers.

   - Build and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face interactions.

   - Assess customer needs, gather feedback, and provide product recommendations.


4. Negotiation and Closing:

   - Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.

   - Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.

   - Close sales deals and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.


5. Order Processing and Follow-Up:

   - Process customer orders and coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

   - Provide order status updates to customers and address any issues that may arise.

   - Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.


6. Account Management:

   - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using CRM software.

   - Develop and execute account plans to maximise sales opportunities with key accounts.

   - Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.




7. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

   - Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

   - Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

   - Report findings and provide recommendations to the Sales Manager.


8. Market Intelligence:

   - Gather and analyse market intelligence, including competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences.

   - Share insights with the marketing and product development teams to inform strategy and product innovation.


9. Customer Service and Support:

   - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

   - Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and customization options.

   - Offer post-sale support and handle returns or exchanges as needed.


10. Training and Development:

    - Participate in sales training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.

    - Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.

    - Share best practices and sales strategies with team members to foster a collaborative environment.



Qualifications and Skills:


- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports wear or apparel industry.


Skills:

  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  - Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.

  - Strong organisational and time management skills.

  - Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.



Additional Requirements:


- Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

- Passion for sports and an understanding of the sportswear market.

- A valid driver’s licence.




Compensation and Benefits:


- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month + incentives.
