We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, inform them about our products/services, and generate leads or conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers or clients.
• Inform customers about products, services, or campaigns.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve queries.
• Record customer information and maintain call logs.
• Follow up with potential leads and update CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle objections professionally and close calls positively.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
