Job DescriptionA Tele-Caller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to reach out to customers, promote products or services, and support business growth. The role involves communicating clearly, understanding Candidate needs, and maintaining records of interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing Candidate.
• Explain company services in a clear and professional manner.
• Answer Candidate questions and resolve queries promptly.
• Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into Candidate.
• Maintain customer data and update call logs regularly.
• Build a positive relationship with Candidate through polite communication.
• Escalate issues to seniors when required.
• Gather Candidate feedback and share it with the team for improvement.
