Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The candidate should possess good communication skills and be comfortable with outbound calling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain company projects and services to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English and Hindi speaking ability.
• Confidence in handling outbound and cold calls.
• Lead generation and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Qualification12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience0–2 Years (Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales experience preferred)
