Role Overview:  

SS Technologies OPC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and driven individuals for the role of Sales Executive. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to promote cutting-edge engine and transmission technologies, ensuring top-notch customer service, and contributing to sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:  

Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, highlighting our latest engine and transmission technology offerings.

Handle incoming inquiries regarding automotive components, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.

Maintain and update client data within the company database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide detailed information on our engine and transmission solutions, including pricing and special offers, to drive interest and sales.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service processes.

Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices to enhance your knowledge and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:  

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport, and handle negotiations effectively.

Proven ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and close sales.

Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of automotive technology.

Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
