About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented travel professional who can handle both travel sales and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, customer service, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle travel inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
🔹 Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales and customer engagement
🔹 Design customized Domestic and International holiday packages
🔹 Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners
🔹 Manage booking operations, documentation, and customer support
🔹 Maintain client records and operational data
🔹 Support the team in day-to-day travel operations
🔹 Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements
✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
✔ Strong sales and customer service mindset
✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented
✔ Prior experience in travel sales, travel operations, or tourism preferred

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
