• Design professional creatives for social media, website, product catalogs, and campaigns
• Ensure strong storytelling, visual consistency, and premium output quality
• Apply advanced editing techniques (color grading, motion graphics, sound sync, effects)

✔ Creative quality rating

✔ Reduction in major revisions

✔ Management/client approval rate

• 2️⃣ Timely Execution & Project Management – 20%Deliver projects within defined timelines without compromising quality
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Coordinate pre-production and post-production processes efficiently

• 3️⃣ Digital & Social Media Performance Contribution – 15%Create optimized content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
