Job Description
Biofield Pharma Pvt. Ltd., established in the early 2000s, is a Panchkula-based ISO 9001:2015–certified pharmaceutical company offering a wide range of high-quality medicines. With its own WHO-GMP manufacturing unit and a portfolio of 950+ products, the company is actively involved in PCD Pharma, third-party manufacturing, and export business, serving both domestic and international clients with reliable and affordable formulations.Make outbound calls to potential customers for pharma products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities –
- Generate leads for third-party manufacturing, PCD franchise, and export inquiries.
- Share product details, pricing, and catalogues with interested clients.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into orders.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and documentation.
- Support customers by answering their questions and providing required information.
- Build good relationships with new and existing clients.
