Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow-up with warm leads generated through Meta Ads, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer referrals.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, discounts, and offers clearly and confidently.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Convert high-intent leads into orders (COD or prepaid).
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for order confirmations and delivery updates.
- Build strong customer relations to reduce returns and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly conversion targets set by management.
