Sales Manager

The sales manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and coordinating with brokers, client and internal departments . the role focuses on achieving personal sales targets and ensuring a smooth end to end experience for clients.

1. Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.

Handle the full sales cycle: lead follow-up, property presentations, negotiations, and closing.

Convert leads from marketing, channel partners, and walk-ins.

2. Client Relationship Management

Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements.

Recommend suitable properties and guide clients through pricing, amenities, and payment plans.

Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication.

3. Site Visits

Schedule and conduct site visits for clients.

Present project features, location advantages, amenities, and unit options.

Coordinate with site team for seamless arrangements.

4. Channel Partner & Broker Coordination

Maintain strong relationships with local brokers and channel partners.

Share project details, inventory updates, pricing, and offers.

Track lead flow and ensure timely follow-ups from channel partners.
