Job Summary

Swami Property is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and proactive Opening & Closing Manager to oversee the daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining staff discipline, monitoring daily activities, and managing the opening and closing procedures of the office.

Responsibilities

- Open and close the office on time every day.

- Ensure office cleanliness and operational readiness.

- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality.

- Supervise daily office activities and maintain discipline.

- Coordinate with management and team members.

- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.

- Maintain daily reports and operational records.

- Support administrative and team management activities.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Experience in administration, operations, or team management is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).

- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹20,000 per month.
