Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary
EasyReach Properties is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property values.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
