Job Description

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Analyze data to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.

Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for generating leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events. Build a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Act as a point of contact for key clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies. This includes setting achievable goals, defining target audiences, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively present solutions that meet clients’ needs and demonstrate value.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients. Ensure all contractual agreements are documented and signed.

Performance Reporting: Regularly update management on business development activities, client interactions, and deal progress. Use CRM software to document all sales efforts and results.

Brand Promotion and Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and create new business opportunities.

Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotional activities, and with the product team to ensure offerings align with market demand.

Market Feedback Gathering: Gather client feedback and market insights to assist in product development and service improvement, contributing to enhanced offerings that align with market needs.

Goal Achievement and Growth Strategy Execution: Drive towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals, while executing growth strategies to expand market share and business footprint.
