Passionate for sales, cold calling, network, lead generation, customer service etc. No time-bound structure. Ready to work with startup for higher growth. # Job Role Identifying, generating and qualifying leads of retailers & Distributors through field visit. Fixing a virtual meeting with these potential prospects, identifying their pain points, presenting the company's offerings to them and ultimately onboarding them as the company's partners. Thus, the incumbent will be responsible for the entire sales cycle- Right from lead generation to onboarding the franchise services. # Additional: Having good knowledge of franchise (Non Exclusive, Exclusive Store (Distributor and Dealers appointment) trade and relation in local market, Minimum working experience required is 1 to 5 years in Mobility (Mobile Handset), Telecom, IT, Appliances, FMCG, Lubricants etc. Once an institute is onboarded, the incumbent will act as a relationship manager and will ensure a seamless customer experience throughout his association with the company. Constantly identifying the potential to upsell to existing clients through giving the best post-sales service to the client.
