DESIGNATION: - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SALARY: - The annual Cost to Company will be Rs. 5,29,200/- The salary is subject to your performance & target achieve as per company policy. EXPERIENCE: 6+ Years of Only Sales and Team Handling Experience Required EDUCATION: Minimum Graduate PRIMARY ROLE: Will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Specifications & Field Marketing in the assigned District to achieve the business objectives. This would include sales process improvement and infrastructure management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales and Hiring Objectives: • Drive identified Initiatives in the District to achieve overall sales objectives. • Hire Your District Team through Self Contact, Self-Idea’s. Company can’t help to hire the Team. • Hire Assistant Business Development Manager and Business Development Associate through Self Own Idea’s. • Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at District level in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation. • Identify the critical/burning issues of the District affecting sales & take action/ escalate wherever needed. • Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of Assistant Business Development Manager and Business Development Associate and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business. • Identify and work with the Services Team to develop in the District.
