JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Mobilizer Reports To The Mobilizer will report to the Project Coordinator at AISECT State Office, Patna. Job Overview AISECT state office, Bihar seeks candidates for the post of mobiliser to work on a special training project. The hiring would be done on a contractual basis and would be valid for 1 year. Responsibilities and Duties As a mobiliser, the person would have perform the following duties and responsibilities: • Generation and handling of inquiries for the project. • Conduction of mobilization work in the assign location/area by paying regular and repeated visits. • Collection and compilation and processing of Registration data from the mobilization activities. • Reporting day-to-day activities to the state office in the prescribed format. Attend meetings. Qualifications • Minimum Educational Criteria: Graduation in any stream. • Work Experience: Fresher/Experienced (At least 1 year of work experience with an NGO will be preferred). • Communication Skills: Should have proficient communication skills using Hindi, English and regional dialects. • Personal characteristics: Punctual, Leadership abilities, Team player, Multi-Tasking • Certifications (not mandatory): Any communication skills related certification would be preferred. • Licenses: Valid Driving License (At least for 2-wheelers) • Physical abilities: Should be able to perform field work actively.
