Regional Sales Manager (Agri-Inputs)  Roles & responsibilities: o Possess relevant work experience in Sales of Fertilizer, Pesticides, Seeds or Agriculture related products. o Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of organizational objective. o Designing and implementing a strategic sale- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. o Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. o Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. o Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. o Building and maintaining relationships, managing profitability, emphasizing excellence.  Requirements: o Should have at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Min 2 years of experience in managing team and handling strategic roles. o Educational qualification: B.Sc. (Agriculture) or MBA (Marketing) or any graduate with relevant work experience. o Possess skills such as Meeting Sales Goals, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Negotiation Skills. o Should be result driven and proactive.
