Job Summary

An Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. They act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Present products or services to prospective clients and conduct sales demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
