Job Description

Barista – Play N Learn 


📍 Phoenix mall of Millennium, Wakad, Pune

💰 Salary: ₹17,000 In-hand + Incentives

⏰ Rotational Shifts


Key Responsibilities


Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, and other café beverages as per standards.


Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment.


Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.


Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations.


Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations when required.


Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.


Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.


Support team members during peak hours and events.


Requirements


Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or QSR.


Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and machine operations.


Good communication and customer service skills.


Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.


Positive attitude and team-player mindset.


Immediate joiners preferred.
