Position Overview -The Branch Manager will lead and manage the branch. The role focuses on business growth, team leadership, compliance, customer service, and promoting financial products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Monthly Income Scheme (MIS), Daily Deposit, Savings Accounts, and Gold Loans.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sale

• Achieve branch targets for FD, RD, MIS, Daily Deposit, Savings Accounts, and Gold Loans.
•  Increase deposit portfolio and expand customer base.
•  Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and local marketing activities.
•   Cross-sell financial products and improve revenue generation.

2. Team Leadership·     

•   Manage, motivate, and guide branch staff to achieve targets.
•   Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and daily team updates.
•    Build a positive and productive work environment.

3. Customer Service

•  Handle customer queries and provide quick resolutions.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and referrals.
•  Ensure prompt addressing of complaints and service requests.

4. Compliance & Audit·        

• Follow all company policies, compliance guidelines, and statutory regulations.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Maintain zero operational errors and ensure high service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

•      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
•      Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or Nidhi company sector.
•      Strong knowledge of FD, RD, MIS, Daily Deposit, Savings Accounts, and Gold Loan products.
•      Excellent communication, leadership, and customer handling skills.
•      Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
