Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate to manage inventory operations and e-commerce order handling. The role is important to ensure smooth stock control, accurate data entry, and timely execution of online orders.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

  • Update inward and outward stock entries daily
  • Track available stock, low stock, and damaged stock
  • Perform regular physical stock checks
  • Manage barcode-based product entries
  • Coordinate with purchase and store team for stock movement

 

2. E-commerce Operations

  • Process daily orders- packing, dispatching.
  • Coordinate packing, dispatch, and courier handover
  • Track shipments and solve delivery issues
  • Update order status and customer details

 

Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized and disciplined work style
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience in inventory or e-commerce preferred (not mandatory)
