Job Description
Oversee daily production operations and ensure product quality standards are met. Manage production staff, implement quality control procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
- Train and manage production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare reports on production performance and quality metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in production supervision and quality control.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CNC/VMC Machining sector.
