Job Description


•              Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Ultra Technologies SA’s cutting tool products, including their features, benefits, and applications across different industries.

•              Customer Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the cutting tools industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users. Understand their specific needs and requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their challenges.

•              Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to design customized cutting tool solutions that meet their unique requirements and enhance their operational efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.

•              Product Demonstrations / Trials : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients to showcase the performance, quality, and value proposition of Ultra Technologies SA’s cutting tool offerings. Address any technical inquiries or concerns raised by clients.

•              Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies targeted at the cutting tools

market segment. Identify key market trends, competitive insights, and sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

•              Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts. Provide technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

•              Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and customer requirements within the cutting tools industry. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the product development team to support continuous improvement efforts.

•              Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all their cutting tool needs. Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience.


•              Education: ITI, DME & BE

•              Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience in Application, Machine shop or sales engineering roles, preferably within the cutting tools industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

•              Technical Skills: Solid understanding of cutting tool technologies, machining processes, and manufacturing principles. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non- technical audiences.

•              Sales Acumen: Strong sales aptitude with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to identify customer needs, articulate value propositions, and close sales opportunities.

•              Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze customer requirements, interpret technical data, and recommend appropriate solutions.

•              Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

•              Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in understanding and addressing customer needs. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients to foster long-term relationships.

•              Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
