Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to engage with customers over the phone. The primary goal is to generate sales, qualify leads, and provide accurate information about our products/services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls (Sales/Lead Generation): Make a high volume of calls to potential or existing customers using provided contact lists and scripts.
  • Product Promotion: Clearly and accurately explain product features, benefits, and pricing to encourage purchase or schedule an appointment/demonstration.
  • Inbound Calls (Customer Service): Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving minor issues or complaints professionally.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer doubts, concerns, and objections with confidence and accurate information to successfully move the sales process forward.
  • Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions.
  • Data Management: Accurately record all call details, customer feedback, and necessary follow-up information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospects who have expressed interest or requested additional information.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of all company products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Required Qualifications and SkillsQualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role is often preferred.
  • Technical: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Key SkillsExceptional Verbal Communication: Clear, fluent, and compelling speaking ability.
  • Active Listening: The ability to pay close attention to customer needs and tailor the conversation accordingly.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong skill set in convincing customers and closing deals over the phone.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage call volume and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Customer Service: A patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
