Job Description
Job Title: TELECALLING as an HR Recruiter
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month + Incentives up to ₹5,000
Job Location: New Saket Hospital ke pass, allapur
Age Criteria : 18-25
Job Type: Full-time + part time
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and generate interest.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and close sales where possible.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Experience in telecalling/customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
- BenefitsFixed salary: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000
