Job Description
- Review and examine legal notices, documents, and correspondence related to company matters.
- Handling court matters, including coordination with advocates and preparation for hearings.
- Drafting legal documents such as notices, agreements, affidavits, replies, and other legal correspondence.
- Prepare legal filings for courts and statutory authorities.
- Maintain and organize legal records, documentation, and case files.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws related to the real estate and construction industry.
- Possess working knowledge of RERA, allied revenue laws, and court procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal professionals for legal documentation and case follow-ups.
- Must be conversant with Marathi and English typing for preparing legal drafts and documentation.
- Prior work experience in the construction and real estate sector is essential.
