Prosper With Rohit is led by Rohit Gupta, India’s 1st EMI Reduction & Wealth Creation Coach. The company helps middle-class families manage EMIs, reduce financial stress & invest in long-term growth through ethical financial coaching programs.

Job Role

- Take inbound/outbound Zoom calls with interested leads

- Do consultative sales with empathy & trust

- Educate leads on EMIs, financial stress & long-term value

- Handle affordability & EMI-based objections

- Daily follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp & CRM

- Host webinars/group sessions & convert to 1:1 calls

- Work with the team to maintain ethical, value-driven sales

Eligibility

- Age: 25–30 years (preferred)

- 1–3 years experience in Sales / Inside Sales

- Experience in high-ticket/Zoom/coaching/EdTech sales

- Based in Pune or willing to relocate (preferred)

- Quiet home workspace & stable internet required

Skills Needed

- Strong Hindi/Hinglish communication

- Good understanding of EMI/finance basics

- Strong objection handling (EMI, affordability, family concerns)

- Confident in Zoom sessions/webinars

- Emotionally stable, patient & coachable

- CRM, Google Sheets, Zoom knowledge

Work Timings

- Full-time

- Flexible till 11 PM on event/webinar days

Bonus Skills

Finance/EdTech experience, high-ticket program sales, EMI-based selling.
