Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance products and services offered by the company.

2. Select, Recruit and Supervise a team of Insurance Advisors / POSP and develop a robust sales team.

3. Manage and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with appropriate insurance solutions.

4. Analyze client portfolios to identify gaps and recommend suitable insurance products.

5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

6. Lead and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and managerial skills.

Qualification And Skills :

Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent

Handsome Salary [ Basic Salary + Allowances + PF + Medical Benefits + Incentives And Others ]

Recruitment Process :

1. Candidates Will Have To Go Through 2 Rounds Of Interview . Interview Will Be Conducted Online Through Zoom Meeting Application.

2. Selected Candidates Will Have To Fill Up And Application Form For IC-38 Exam Which Will Be Conducted By Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority Of India ( IRDAI ) ( An Amount Of 567 Has To Be Paid By The Candidates For IRDA Examination )

3. Training Period Of 1-3 Months Which Will Include Theory & Practical.

4. During The Training Period, Candidates Will Have to Convert 6 NOPs With An Annual Premium Of Min 40K Per NOP.

5. A Stipend Of 60k Will Be Paid According To Their Performance. ICs Will Be Promoted To The Designation Of Retail Partner Once They Complete The Training Criteria.
