- Telecaller – Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Outbound CallingMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products/services and pitch offers.
- Generate leads or sales through persuasive communication.
- 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads, customer queries, or pending issues.
- 4. Record KeepingUpdate call logs, customer details, and follow-up information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
- 5. Problem Solving & Query HandlingUnderstand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- 6. Achieving TargetsMeet monthly targets (sales, leads, calls, conversions).
- Work with the team to achieve overall performance goals.
- 7. Communication & ProfessionalismMaintain a polite, confident, and customer-friendly tone.
- Listen actively and respond clearly.
- 8. Feedback & ReportingShare customer feedback with the team or management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and results.
