Tender Executive / Tender Coordinator to drive sales and business opportunities through Government bids and tenders on platforms such as GEM (Government E-Marketplace), E-Procurement Portal, and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal). The ideal candidate will manage the product/service catalogue on the GEM portal, ensuring accurate updates and deletions of products, specifications, and price

Responsibilities:

• Government E-Market Place Experience: Must have experience in handling Government bids and tenders through GEM (Government E-Marketplace), E-Procurement Portal, CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal), and other online tender platforms.
• Catalogue Management: Update and manage the product/service catalogue on the GEM portal, including the deletion or updating of new products, specifications, and prices.
• Tender Documentation: Prepare all tender documents in the specified formats and submit them within the stipulated time limits on the relevant portals.
• Qualification Preparation: Prepare proper pre-qualification, technical qualification, and financial BOQ (Bill of Quantities) documents. Coordinate with senior staff or use existing knowledge to send request letters and extension letters.
• Tender Submission: Have a good understanding of Government tender processes, both online and offline. Be knowledgeable about the submission of various types of bids, including bunch bids, reverse bids, custom bids, and normal bids.
• Communication Tracking: Track and update day-to-day communications, corrigenda, and notices related to tenders.
• Payment Transactions: Knowledge of internet banking and payment transactions. Track and follow up with the tender department for the refund of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and handle payment-related matters.
• Coordination: Follow up with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), customers, and accounts through email and telephone.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
