Job Description
Candidates should have knowledge of accounting software, Responsibilities of candidates include: 1.All Online payments including Fund transfer a) Fund Transfer to branches and others b) Transfer to Happay Cards/Petro Card/Fastag etc. c) Vendor payments d) Statutory payments (IT/TDS/GST/ST/PF/ESIC/PT/Gratuity etc. e) Inter-bank transfers (Contra) f) Salaries g) Credit card payments h) Payment of rent i) Payment of Insurance/RTO Taxes/Permits etc. j) Deduction of TDS and other taxes from payments as applicable 2 Daily fund transfer and fund availability report 3 Working for all statutory payments and returns 4 Issuance of TDS Certificates 5 Book Debts compilation 6 Book Debts Report for Bank 7 All above tasks must be done as per deadlines/due dates and with prior approval from management 8 All accounting entries on day- to- day basis except e-invoicing and e-way bills with zero pendency
