Job description ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: Taxation: Roles & Responsibility Preparation of required Data for Monthly Statutory Payment along with any such other payments: TDS, PF, ESIC & PT Booking of entries of PF, TDS, ESIC and PT in the system Preparation of required Data for Monthly/Quarterly Statutory Return Data To monitor whether TDS is applicable for the suppliers and deduct the same accordingly To monitor whether RCM is applicable for the suppliers for GST and making payments wherever required To prepare the e-way bills for import of goods Preparation of data required for GST Annual Return Preparation of data required for Statutory/Internal Audit Preparation of Reconciliation with Statutory Ledger & Books & Return filed Daily Reconciliation of E-Way Bill & E-Invoices with Sales Register Banking: To Prepare bank reconciliation Ensuring payment as per Cash Flow To Assist Senior for the data submitting at Bank Prepare the tracking sheet for the Bank Guarantee Prepare required data for Bill Discounting in Coordination with AR Team Preparation of the LC Discounting Documentation Proper documentation of Payment receipt To record the entries of Vendor Payment in the system Petty Cash Management To calculate & payment interest on term loans and unsecured loans Correspondence with Bankers Monitor That all the Loan Repayment timely Accounts Payable: Booking of RM Invoice Booking of Transport Invoice Keep track of all correspondence with vendors Preparation of quantitative details of own stock To verify the outwards and Inwards Register for processed goods received or sent Prepare vendor Reconciliation & balance confirmation To Maintain & periodic check of the Vendor Master Data Monthly Salary Booking Employee Full & Final Check Employee Advance disbursement Employees Benefits Ledger Reconciliation Like; Salary, PF, Advances, Balance Payable
