1.1 To ensure that Bank reconciliation statements (prepared by cashier) is monitored and un-reconciled items are tracked and followed up for 1.2 Account for and review non MGA purchases, consumables 1.3 New Car debtors list monitoring on Monday & Thursday of every week 1.4 To monitor, review and control expenses and check for respective authority for the same 1.5 Prepare pre invoice in excel utility for New Car as per SPB 1.6 Take physical New Car Closing stock reconcile with book stock and Report discrepancies on monthly basis. Sale reco as per Dispatch report & actual sales 1.7 Take physical Accessories Closing stock, reconcile with book stock and Report discrepancies on fortnightly basis. 1.8 Physical cash take 1.9 Ensure that Petrol coupons to be used for all New Car, MDS, Lonar Car, Motor Cycles are sanctioned by respective HOD's 1.10 Checking of monthly expense for regular expenses eg rent, electricity, telephone etc 1.11 Control on dead/ obsolete stock 1.12 Decision for debtors and creditors outs for more than a year 1.13 Monthly Stock reconciliation- Opening Stock+Purchases-sale=closing Stock 1.14 Monitoring of scrap sale 1.15 Control / cross verification of stock transfer entries 1.16 Design controls on cash specially at cash counters 1.17 To pass the entry of all the transactions in tally 1.18 To resolve need based queries of cashier and other colleagues
