About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive student enrollments and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to guide prospective students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
• Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses and programs.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with university admission teams for smooth enrollment processes.
• Conduct online and offline counseling sessions, webinars, and educational events.
• Handle student queries regarding courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Education Counseling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in EdTech, Education Counseling, or Admission Sales.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
