Area Manager - Operations and Service/Senior Area Manager - Operations and Service

Job Purpose“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”RBI has directed NBFCs to have robust monitoring framework in place for outsourced partners deployed vide circular RBI/2017-18/87 DNBR.PD.CC.No.090/03.10.001/2017-18. Through this position, BFL intends to meet regulatory requirements prescribed by RBI.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)Outsourcing Compliance UnitUnit Manager – (E04A) Develop framework for Risk evaluation of outsourced partners Coverage to include aspects w.r.t confidentiality, security requirements and BCP Ensure appropriate processes for monitoring and control are in place for critical partners Co-ordinate with other compliance units within organization  Ensure regulatory processes are followed for respective partners Provide periodic update to Outsourcing committee on status and concern areas4.  MAJOR CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Co-ordinate with other compliance units within organization  Coordination with all departments across BFL to get access to right data 5.  DECISIONS(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Ensure adequacy and timeliness of regulatory findings mandated for committee / board Establish compliance audit mechanism to ensure adherence6.  INTERACTIONS(Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job)Internal Roles you need to interact with inside the company to enable success  All Business units within BFL (Consumer & Auto finance divisions) Finance department Legal & Compliance department  Secretarial Department Internal Audit DepartmentExternal Roles you need to interact with outside the company to enable success RBI auditors Statutory auditors KPMG (Partner identified for overall execution framework) 7.  SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE(Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent)
Required Qualifications and ExperienceEducational Qualificationsa) Qualifications Minimum Qualification: CA / MBAb) Work Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience  Should ideally have worked in Internal Audit Department in BFSI sector
