Role and Responsibilities

             Team Handling and coordination with team. 

·        Collect market feedback of our and competitors' activities and accordingly Planning & implementation of Business strategy for HQ.

·        Analysis of Primary & Secondary target, achievement and necessary action plans for the same.

·        Selection of most potential customers (doctors. Chemists, pharmacies, institutions) in line with company's strategy.

·        100% coverage of the customers as per the coverage strategy: extent & frequency.

·        Ensure product availability as per requirements in HQ.

·         Implementation of the product promotion strategy and generation of prescriptions for business.

·        Build relationship with key customers.

·        Building company image through good conduct.

·        Focus on team Product knowledge and skills for effective product promotion.

·        Record keeping and reporting as per SOPs – DCRs, Expense statements, Tour Plans.

·        Ensure Collections from the market & keep the outstanding under control.

·        Maintain confidentiality about Company's strategy, materials and property.
