Ensure all site operations (MEP/IFM/Soft Services) are properly implemented and executed by the site operations team HSQE: Ensure & update on the branch HSQE Action Plan, collate and submit the presentation on timely basis to HSQE Team. Client Relationship Management – Monthly Management Review Meetings to ensure proper delivery of services (including PPM) to client as per agreed SLA. Recruitment – Ensure timely recruitment of right candidate required for client site operations. He must ensure all documents are collected and forwarded to HR for joining formalities. Staff Retention: Ensure retention of the staff Mentoring: Mentoring all staff deployed at site and indirect branch staff. Site Due Diligence, Transition: Ensure smooth transition of the new site Staff Welfare: Ensure timely resolution to staff grievances, conducting R&R at site, etc. OCS Policy & Procedure: Ensure implementation of OCS policy and procedure across the branch Invoice: Ensure all attendance are duly signed by the client and invoices are generated and submitted to client on timely basis Collection: Ensure timely collection of payment from client.
